Also included is the group meals, the group campground rental, and all group camp supplies such as equipment, fire, and ice. What level of physical fitness is required?

Guests will need to be in moderately sound physical, mental, and emotional health to stay safe and have a positive experience. On the trails, we will experience steep elevation changes; hazards such as roots, loose stones, and slippery rocks; and potentially poisonous and venomous flora and fauna like poison ivy, poison oak, stinging nettle, brown recluse spiders, and various other insects and reptiles. This is a fast-paced adventure to keep your body moving and your heart open.

Will I have cell or WIFI service?

Cell phone and WIFI service will be intermittent while you are en route to any of the retreat sites, and we will not have any signal any of the nights while camping. Care and consideration has been put toward guest safety and an Emergency Plan will be distributed and discussed during the (optional) virtual orientation ahead of each retreat.
